Charmaine Ong

Charmaine Ong has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, starting with their current role as the Head of Human Resources at Doltone House since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Business Partner at Super Retail Group from 2018 to 2022. Charmaine also held the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager at Doltone House from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for various HR functions. Their previous roles include working as a Learning and Development Manager at KPMG Malaysia from 2011 to 2013, and as a Retail Trainer at AmBank Berhad from 2010 to 2011. Charmaine also served as the Manager of HR & Training at The Ascott Group (CapitaLand) from 2008 to 2010, and as the Human Resources Training Manager and Guest Relations Manager at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur from 2002 to 2008. Their earliest experience was as an Executive Club Butler at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur from 2000 to 2002.

Charmaine Ong has obtained a certification as a Certified Training Professional from the Institute of Training & Development. Charmaine also completed their A Levels at Kolej Yayasan Pelajaran MARA. Additionally, Charmaine studied Environmental Engineering at Universiti Malaya.
