Kelly Fleck

Kelly Fleck, JD, MS, currently serves as Senior Claims Counsel at Doma since August 2023. Prior experience includes State Underwriting Counsel at National Consumer Title Insurance Company, where management of Underwriting and Claims Departments and regulatory compliance was emphasized. As Assistant General Counsel at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, significant regulatory work was performed across various lines of insurance. Previous roles also include Senior Claims Counsel at First American Title, Counsel at FDIC, Title Attorney at Shapiro Fishman & Gache, LLP, and various legal positions at Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Haas Dutton Blackburn Lewis & Longely, and McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver, P.A. Education includes a JD from Florida State University College of Law and an MS in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University - College of Business. Kelly Fleck has also taught English to Japanese students at Nova Intercultural Institute. Certifications include Associate Professional in Insurance Regulation (APIR) and Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM).
