Erin Gray

Erin Gray, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries. Erin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dorilton Capital, a private investment firm that partners with management to enhance the value of businesses. In this role, Erin provides funding and resources in areas such as legal, marketing, finance, and human resources. Erin also holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Dorilton Capital.

Prior to their current role, Erin worked at Sequential Brands Group as the VP of Human Resources. Erin'sresponsibilities included serving as the Executive HR business partner for all areas of the publicly traded brand management company. Erin played a key role in defining and executing the corporate culture and aligning different companies under Sequential Brands, including the recently acquired Martha Stewart Omnimedia.

Before joining Sequential Brands Group, Erin was the VP of Human Resources at CLEAR, a high-growth technology and operations company. Erin was recruited to build the HR department from scratch and develop a people strategy for the organization. Erin was responsible for implementing career-pathing processes and creating a culture of service excellence.

Erin also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as the Director of Human Resources at BR Guest and Director of Human Resources & Training at Villa Enterprises Management. In both roles, they led department overhaul and managed a team while handling all aspects of HR and operations management. Erin drove organizational change management, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee benefits.

Earlier in their career, Erin served as the Regional Training Manager at Landry's, where they led training operations for a large western division with multiple restaurants, hotels, and casinos. Erin was responsible for training managerial, hourly, and seasonal employees and had expertise in California labor law.
