Dominik Horsch

Dominik Horsch has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Dominik is currently the Senior Vice President Global Procurement [CPO] at dormakaba, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President Group Procurement at the same company from September 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining dormakaba, Dominik was the Managing Director at dormakaba international Holding GmbH from October 2020 to July 2023.

Dominik also worked as a Senior Advisor at Expert Network by Roland Berger from April 2020 to September 2020.

Dominik's previous experience includes various roles at Dresser-Rand - A Siemens Business, where they served as the VP Global Category Management & Proposals and acting Director SCM Eurasia from January 2016 to March 2020.

Prior to that, they worked at Siemens in different capacities, including as the Business Unit Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) from February 2013 to December 2015, Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management (Director) from July 2010 to January 2013, Purchasing Council Chairman from January 2008 to June 2010, Key Commodity Manager Forgings from October 2003 to June 2010, Head of Material Group Management Raw Materials from October 2001 to September 2003, and Buyer Raw Materials from January 2001 to September 2001.

Dominik Horsch attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 1999 to 2005, earning a degree in Diplom Kaufmann in the field of Business, Management.
