Jan Huckenbeck

Jan Huckenbeck has a diverse work experience. Jan started their career in 2007 as an intern at Volkswagen AG. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Process Specialist in Supply Chains for Central Europe at dormakaba. Jan then held various roles at dormakaba, including Supply Chain Manager from 2011 to 2014, Head of distribution logistics and quality from 2014 to 2018, and Project and Program Manager from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they served as a Senior Lead in Supply Chain Management at dormakaba. Since 2021, they have also been working as a Lecturer at the International School of Management in Germany. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Plant Ennepetal at dormakaba.

Jan Huckenbeck completed a Ph.D. in Business Economics and Management from the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from TU Dortmund University from 2003 to 2008. In 2006, they also participated in a Study Abroad Semester in Industrial Engineering at the University of Adelaide.
