Andrew Hobgood has a diverse work experience, with roles in various industries and organizations. Andrew started their career as an Actor/Director at Annoyance Productions in 2006. In 2007, they founded The New Colony, where they served as the Founding Artistic Director, responsible for the quality of creative content and implementing innovation and growth strategies. Andrew also worked as a Bookkeeper at Victory Gardens Theater during this time.

In 2011, Hobgood joined Vosges Haut-Chocolat as the Director of Strategy and Insights. Throughout their career, Hobgood also worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at Andrew Hobgood Inc. and a Simulation Training Consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, where they created and executed training programs for various levels of employees.

Andrew Hobgood attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Theater and Music Performance. In 2007 to 2008, Andrew attended Acting Studio Chicago to focus on Acting, Auditioning, and On-Camera Technique.
