Kailyn Castro

Kailyn Castro has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Kailyn first started their career as a First Year Salesperson and later became a Student Manager at Southwestern Advantage from 2011 to 2012. During this time, they gained experience in sales, inventory management, and customer service. Kailyn then interned as an Event Marketing Intern at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from August 2013 to May 2014, helping to raise funds for the hospital.

In 2015, Kailyn worked as a Communication Intern at the Indiana Hospital Association for a few months, where they were involved in public policy matters and provided communication and data collection services to members. Kailyn also served as an Account Management Coordinator at Healthcare Bluebook for seven months, followed by an Account Manager role from January 2016 to March 2017. In these positions, they focused on healthcare price transparency and worked with employers and individuals to provide education and choice in healthcare decisions.

Kailyn joined Healthify in March 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, where they helped vulnerable populations in managing their social determinants of health. Kailyn then transitioned to a Key Account Manager role from December 2017 to November 2018, where they managed important client accounts.

Currently, Kailyn Castro is working at Doximity, a healthcare technology company. Kailyn started as a Client Success Manager in December 2018 and was subsequently promoted to the role of Director Of Operations, Hospital Solutions in April 2020. Kailyn'swork at Doximity involves overseeing hospital operations and ensuring client success in utilizing the company's solutions.

Kailyn Castro has pursued higher education at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree.
