About the Role

You’ll bring together your passion for product, leadership experience, and knowledge of financial markets to bring unique offerings to life (or improve those we have!) You’ll work with our global fintech partners to embed our offering into their mobile investment apps, focusing on optimizing a common platform across the product offering. You’ll identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify and improve our processes, design innovative solutions to modernize the trading experience and work cross-functionally to deliver scalable capabilities - all while ensuring adherence to regulatory and risk management guidelines. You’ll quarterback the commercial launch of your products, track adoption and usage, and continue to iterate and improve the platform over time. You’ll work closely with our sales and account teams to build relationships with our partners and our engineering teams to ensure we deliver value to partners and their users.

What You’ll Do

  • Deeply understand user needs by spending time with our B2B partners, analyzing data, and utilizing market and user research
  • Build a compelling vision and business case for new product offerings or enhancements to existing offerings
  • Define the product strategy and an ambitious product roadmap to deliver value to end users while driving business outcomes for DriveWealth and our partners
  • Partner effectively with your design, compliance, brokerage, operations, and engineering team to build, test, and launch products
  • Envision and explain how your product can be implemented within our partners’ investing apps and used by people to improve their financial lives
  • Drive Go-To-Market planning and execution to launch your products and drive adoption and usage
  • Be the leading voice of your products with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability across your team through clear expectations, performance management, prioritization, and two-way feedback
  • See around the corner for risks, obstacles, and opportunities that could amplify or impede your responsibilities

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years working in product management at a software company or financial firm
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering on KPIs
  • Experience in Fintech or other highly integrated and regulated industries 
  • Experience with brokerage technology, including trading, account services, settlement, and clearing
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering a product roadmap
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and break them down into simple solutions that focus on customer and company needs
  • Empathy with end users and the ability to articulate how technical platform capabilities create value for them
  • Experience managing API-based products and working with external clients/partners to embed those APIs within their products
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality, high-value software
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive product strategy and decision-making
  • An open mind, flexibility around testing new approaches, and the ability to learn from failures and turn them into wins
  • Ability to work from our NYC office three days per week

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$255,000$325,000 USD
