Mark Zerr

Mark Zerr has extensive work experience in various technical and analyst roles. Mark most recently worked at DroneUp as a D365 Functional Analyst starting in November 2022. Prior to this, Mark was a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at Allegion from October 2021 to November 2022. Mark also served as a Technical Analyst at New Sunshine, LLC from August 2017 to September 2021 and at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from September 2011 to August 2017. Mark's earlier experience includes a role as a Systems Analyst at Wesleyan Church Corp from February 2000 to September 2011 and at St. Vincent Hospital from June 1997 to February 2000.

Mark Zerr obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Indianapolis from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, the DevOps: Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2021, the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals from Microsoft in February 2021, the SQL Server: Common Tasks and Solutions for non from Microsoft in May 2019, the Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2015, and the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in September 2021.
