Team Lead Customer Success at Drooms

Eva Linder's work experience begins in 2012 as a Working Student at ZDF. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Project Manager at CPM Germany GmbH. The following year, from 2016 to 2017, they served as a Project Manager at MSU sales services GmbH. Eva then progressed to the role of Client Service Manager at the same company from 2017 to 2018. Eva subsequently took on the position of Senior Client Service Manager before moving on to Drooms in 2018. At Drooms, they assumed the role of Customer Service Manager until 2020, when they became a Senior Customer Service Manager. Currently, they are a Team Lead Customer Success at Drooms.

Eva Linder's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at Technische Universität Darmstadt to study architecture. Eva completed this course in 2009 but did not receive a degree. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies/ Film Studies. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Media Management at the same university from 2012 to 2015.
