Joe Zuccaro

Joe Zuccaro is an accomplished legal and operations professional with extensive experience in deal processes and commercial legal frameworks. Currently serving as Vice President of Deal Desk at Exabeam since June 2023, Joe has previously held significant roles at Mandiant, where responsibilities included M&A Legal Operations and Vice President of Commercial Legal for the Americas from January 2013 to June 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Contracts Manager at Palantir Technologies and ActivIdentity, as well as serving as Sr. Contracts Manager at VMware. Joe Zuccaro holds a JD in Law from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BSc with Honors in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California.
