Previously, George held project management roles at Gastonia Sheet Metal and Fairweather Roofing, where responsibilities included managing projects and teams while emphasizing safety and customer service. Additionally, George worked at Service Roofing as an estimator and sales representative, and began a career in roofing installation in 1988, progressing through various roles over the years. Education was pursued at Orange Coast College during 1982-1983.
