Jihane Achkar

Jihane Achkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and integration within the perfumery and beauty sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Transformation at dsm-firmenich since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jihane held various leadership positions at DSM, including Head of the Perfumery & Beauty Integration Office and Director of Sales and Marketing Excellence for Personal Care. The career spans a strong foundation in research and development, with notable work as an R&D Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Scientist. Jihane's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University and a postdoctorate in Biotechnology from Michigan State University, complemented by a Master's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
