Dr. Shanavas Elayedath's work experience begins with their current position as Customer Experience Quality Principal at du, where they manage a CX team and develops the Voice of Customer framework. Dr. Shanavas Elayedath has a diverse education history. In 2020, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Universidad Azteca European Programmes. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the University of Calicut in 2006. In 2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths, also from the University of Calicut. Additionally, Dr. Elayedath has acquired various certifications over the years, including ITIL® Foundation, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, and Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner, among others.
