Jennifer O'Donnell

Jennifer O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and geographic information systems (GIS). Currently serving as a Senior Executive Technician in the Infrastructure Management Unit at Dublin City Council since April 2019, Jennifer has been instrumental in the GIS team, facilitating spatial data management, analysis, and visualization within projects, particularly for Arup's Transport and Planning Team from August 2014 to August 2017. With a background as a Land Surveyor at Dublin City Council and CELTIC SURVEYS LTD, Jennifer has developed a strong foundation in surveying practices and various measurement techniques. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Technological University Dublin, a Certificate in Local Government Studies from the Institute of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics, and a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science from the University of Ulster.
