Shalini Koshy

Shalini Koshy has a strong background in software engineering and project management. Shalini started their career at Tech Mahindra as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they were responsible for IBM iSeries development and application support for retail banking products. Shalini then joined Mphasis as a Lead Software Engineer, contributing to the development and support of retail banking applications on the iSeries platform. At Accenture in India, Shalini held several roles, including Associate Development Manager and Lead Software Engineer, where they managed production support teams and worked on insurance and banking applications. Shalini also worked at Accenture, where they served as an Application Development Manager, leading a team of software engineers and delivering technical solutions for QBE. Most recently, Shalini joined Duck Creek Technologies as a Delivery Lead for Professional Services.

Shalini Koshy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the SCT College of Engineering in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). Shalini has also completed certifications in Agile Project Leadership, Enterprise Architecture in Practice, Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe 4 Agilist.
