Leigh Grieco

Leigh Grieco has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in various HR and leadership roles. They began their career as an HR Manager and Business Partner at Progress Energy, where they focused on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and HRIS activities. They then moved on to Wyeth Vaccines, where they managed HR Shared Services and oversaw compensation, talent management, and affirmative action planning. At Advanced Plastiform, Leigh built and led the HR department, implementing performance management processes and employee training. They then served as an HR Consultant at Capital Associated Industries, providing guidance to multiple organizations on HR practices and leading various projects. Leigh later founded and served as the Executive Director of The Giving Tree, a business they built from the ground up, handling all aspects of operations, HR management, and sales and marketing. They also worked as a REALTOR® at Fonville Morisey Realty, generating new business and facilitating real estate transactions. Leigh then joined Impact Pharmaceutical Services as the HR Director, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and provided coaching to the management team. Most recently, Leigh held the position of Senior Director, Total Rewards at Enspira, designing and implementing Total Rewards strategies for clients. They are currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Brightly.

Leigh Grieco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Leigh also pursued a minor in Psychology at Peace College from 1991 to 1993 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree. In addition to their formal education, Leigh obtained certifications as a Certified Business Coach from North Carolina State University, as well as Principles and Practices of Organizational Development from Columbia University in the City of New York. Leigh also achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
