Kerry T. is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of progressive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Business Partners at Duke Energy Corporation since May 2019, Kerry has also held roles including Nuclear Lead HR Consultant and Sr HR Consultant. Prior experience includes being the HR Business Partner and Sole On-site HR Resource for Bluestem Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included developing a Supervisor Academy and a leader toolkit. Kerry has also worked as an HR Manager for The GEO Group, Inc., where guidance on HR issues was provided to executive management, and as Manager of Personnel & Business in a family medical practice, implementing initiatives that increased profits. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brewton-Parker College.
