Rebecca McCord

Rebecca McCord holds a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Washington University. Since March 2017, Rebecca has served as the Lead Consultant for Nuclear Organizational & Leadership Development at Duke Energy Corporation. Concurrently, since June 2000, Rebecca has held the position of Director of Enterprise Leadership at Travelers Insurance, focusing on strategic consultation and executive coaching for talent development and performance improvement. Between 1997 and 2000, Rebecca was the Director of Operations Training & Development at BART, overseeing training programs for over 3,000 personnel. Prior roles include Senior Training Manager at Hoechst Celenase, where Rebecca developed educational programs, and Senior Training Director at United Nuclear Corporation, responsible for quality and process improvement seminars for senior leadership in the nuclear sector.
