Michael Grundke

Michael Grundke has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the battery, energy storage, and renewable energy industries. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Dukosi Ltd., where they maximize the performance, safety, and efficiency of lithium batteries through the use of Near-Field communication technology. Michael also holds the position of Managing Director at Dukosi GmbH.

Prior to their work at Dukosi, Grundke was the Managing Director of the EMEA region at Inventus Power, where they focused on expanding the business with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and strategic distributors in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Michael has also held leadership positions at Trojan Battery Company, Blue Lime Ventures GmbH, Phocos AG, SFC Energy AG, and Mondi Business Paper Deutschland GmbH, where they contributed to the development and growth of various industries, including energy storage, fuel cells, sales, and marketing solutions.

Grundke's expertise in business development, strategy, and channel management has been instrumental in increasing sales, acquiring strategic partners, and initiating global roll-outs of sales platforms for several companies throughout their career.

Michael Grundke has a diverse education history with a focus on business and international studies. In 1997, they attended Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Diplom (FH) in Business Administration in 2004. During this time, from 1999 to 1999, they also briefly studied International Business and Marketing at The University of Queensland. In 2000, Michael pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at the University of South Wales, completing it in 2001. Continuing their education, they completed an MBA in International Business at the University of Victoria from 2002 to 2004. In 2013, Michael furthered their business knowledge by attending Harvard Extension School, focusing on Business Valuation & Analysis.
