Razik Rizwan

Razik Rizwan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Dulsco. Previously, Razik worked at Al Futtaim Carillion LLC, where they held various positions including LMS Manager, HR Business Partner - Systems, Manager - Labour Management & HR Systems, and HR Consultant - Resourcing. Prior to that, they worked as the Product & Operations Manager at Aerovista, and as the Assistant Manager - Holiday Division at Al Ghaith & Al Moosa Travel Agency LLC. Razik started their career as a Management Associate at Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Razik Rizwan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Madras from 1997 to 2000. Razik then pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications from Loyola College in the year 2000.

Continuing their education, Razik Rizwan obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Pondicherry University between 2001 and 2003. Razik also completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university in the year 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Razik Rizwan obtained the IRCA Certified Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2008 certification in September 2015 from DNV GL - Business Assurance NL | Certificering & Training. Razik also acquired the Internal Auditor certification for Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, and Safety) from the same institution in February 2015.
