Melanie Anderson has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Melanie began their career at NHS Grampian in 2003, where they held roles as an HR Officer and Recruitment Advisor until 2007. Melanie then progressed to the role of Assistant HR Manager at NHS Grampian until 2012. Following this, they worked as an HR Advisor at the University of Aberdeen from 2012 to 2014.
