Richard Pickles

Richard Pickles has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Richard started their career in 2000 at Quintek JPB as a Project Services/Support Executive and worked there until 2004. Richard then joined Solihull Care Trust as a Senior IT Co-ordinator and later became an IT Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Boundary Mill Stores as an IT Manager and stayed there until 2016. During this time, in 2016, they also worked at BT Expedite as a Senior Project Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Cegid as a Business Consultant in Retail Systems. Currently, since 2019, they have been working at Dunelm as an Agile Delivery Lead in the POS department.

Richard Pickles completed their BSc(HONS) in Environmental Management at Northumbria University from 1996 to 1999. Richard obtained additional certifications throughout their career, including Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in June 2022, Kanban System Design from Kanban University in February 2022, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in June 2021, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in January 2021, Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance in January 2020, and Effective Use of Kanban from Agility in Mind in March 2019.
