About the role

We're on the lookout for a motivated and driven individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships and achieving targets whilst gaining exposure to our Enterprise clients.  

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include; cold calling, sending emails, staying active on LinkedIn and connecting with clients.

Key responsibilities 

  • Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients through varied techniques such as cold calling, emails and LinkedIn.

  • Represent our clients in a professional manner

  • Conduct research into target markets to understand prospective customer needs

  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines using internal platforms

  • Set up meetings between clients and prospective customers

  • Liaise with clients in catch up calls and virtual meetings to provide updates and feedback on projects

  • Opportunity to work with Enterprise clients

  • Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs & targets

Is this you? 

Our ideal candidate is someone who will/has... 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), exhibits strong interpersonal skills, effortlessly building relationships with prospects and proactively engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

  • Present detailed reports to internal teams and clients, providing clear insights into lead performance and ROI projections

  • Ability to self-structure daily, weekly and monthly activities based on sales forecasts and pipeline data

  • The ability to accurately forecast based on current pipeline and manage and prioritise leads

  • The eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed

  • Can quickly upskill and learn to expertly navigate the used CRM system, consistently using and promoting best practices

  • A keen interest in sales and passion for continuous learning

  • Can navigate LinkedIn for sales outreach and use best practices

  • Can coach self and others

  • Customer facing experience is beneficial i.e. retail / hospitality but not essential

  • Ability to self-coach and coach others. Proficient in preparing and leading coaching sessions using appropriate frameworks and techniques.

  • Conducts a thorough analysis of performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Proactively seeks out resources and training materials to address specific challenges or skills gaps
