Elise Jeanmaire has a strong background in customer support and operations. Elise started their career at Nestle Waters in 2006, where they worked in various roles, including Tier 1 agent, Customer Retention Specialist, and Customer Escalation Specialist. During their time at Nestle Waters, they successfully implemented internal upsell campaigns, managed teams of new-hire agents, and handled complex billing and fulfillment inquiries.
