Ina Dsouza is currently the Head of Human Resources at Dvara Holdings and a Talent Management & OD consultant at Peakyou. Previously, Ina was a Venture Partner at Mumbai Angels Network and Head of Human Resources for Degustibus Hospitality at True North Co. With a background in Human Resources, Training, and Team Leadership, Ina has extensive experience in Change Management, Culture Building, and designing innovative workplaces. Ina holds a PGDHRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a PGDM from Institute of Finance and International Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Allahabad.
