Laura N Montoya

Laura N Montoya, CSM, currently serves as General Partner at Accel Impact Holdings since 2018 and is involved as an Advisory Board member for the IBM Hyper Protect Accelerator in partnership with Village Capital. Montoya is also the President of Latinx in AI and the Founder & Executive Director of Accel.AI. Previously, experience includes a Research Affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and a Software Engineer role at Intuit. Prior to this, Montoya worked as a Software Engineer at Quick Resolve Engineering and a Research Scientist at Eastern Michigan University. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education Certificate in Venture Capital from Stanford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Physical Science, and Human Development from Eastern Michigan University.
