Yelena Yershova

Yelena Yershova has held various roles throughout their work experience. Yelena currently serves as the Head of Enterprise applications at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PwC as a Digital Technologist/Senior Manager from September 2014 to October 2021. Yelena also has experience as a Director of Technology at Sports Fusion Ltd, where they were responsible for strategic technology, digital, and business leadership, among other responsibilities. Yelena worked there from December 2010 to July 2014. Before joining Sports Fusion Ltd, Yelena held positions at NI CCEA as a Business Improvement Executive / ICT Project Manager from September 2003 to November 2010, at NICCEA as a SEO e-Business Software Developer from November 2002 to September 2003, and at Synergy Learning as a Software Developer from July 1999 to November 2002.

Yelena completed their CTO executive education at Cambridge Judge Business School from 2022 to 2023, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Before that, they pursued an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School via distant learning between 2008 and 2011.

In 1998, Yelena obtained an MA in Economics from the Institute of Management & Economics. Prior to that, they earned their MSc in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from Pavlodar State University, where they also completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from 1993 to 1996.

Yelena has also obtained additional certifications, including the Cambridge Judge Business School, Chief Technology Officer Programme from Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School in October 2023. Yelena also completed a certification in Digital Disruption: Digital Transformation Strategies from Emeritus in July 2023.
