Andy Martin

Andy Martin has been with Deutsche Asset Management since June 2006, where Andy holds the title of Vice President as an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager. Prior to this, Andy worked at Cushman & Wakefield from October 2002 to June 2006 as a Broker. Andy graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2001 with a BA in Economics. At Deutsche Asset Management, Andy is responsible for managing over 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties in Downtown San Francisco and Silicon Valley, negotiating major leases, and overseeing the leasing process from start to finish.
