Melissa Rath

Melissa Rath has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melissa is currently working at Dynamic Systems Inc as the Director of Contracts and Accounting since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Procurement at Bonterra from August 2022 to January 2023. From 2013 to 2022, Melissa worked at KINKISHARYO INTERNATIONAL LLC, holding positions such as Administration, Contracts, Purchasing Sr. Manager and Sr. Purchasing Manager. Melissa also worked at Kawasaki Rail Car as a Project Manager/Program Trainer and Deputy Project Manager from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Manager at Right Eye Media from 2006 to 2007, and as a Research Scientist at ATMI from 2002 to 2006. Melissa started their career as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Iowa State University from 1998 to 2002.

Melissa Rath received their B.A. in Chemistry and Biology from Mount Holyoke College in 1998. Melissa then completed an M.S. in Organic Chemistry with a specialty in Materials Chemistry at Iowa State University from 1998 to 2002. In 2007, Melissa earned an MBA from Western Connecticut State University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2011, and several specialized courses through Coursera and the Master of Project Academy in the years between 2022 and 2023.
