Role Overview:

As a Dynamo Software Sales Director specializing in the alternative asset industry, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our software solutions within our GP vertical. Your role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how our alternative investment software can effectively enhance their investment processes and operations. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of investment management technology, a strong sales acumen, and knowledge of the alternative asset industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, identifying key target clients and prospects within the alternative asset industry.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their specific business needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets by identifying opportunities, presenting product demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our software can improve client operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, pipeline and sales forecasts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software, its features, and its benefits in the context of the alternative asset industry.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing team to develop tailored marketing campaigns and materials for the alternative asset industry.

What you bring*:*

  • Ideally located in New York.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in B2B financial technology sales

  • Knowledge of investment management software and its application in businesses.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
