Minal Patel

Minal Patel has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Minal most recently worked as the International HR Director at E.L.F. Beauty, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were an HR Business Partner at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics from September 2019 to May 2023. Minal has also held HR managerial roles at Coach, Molton Brown, and Home Group, where they provided maternity cover. Minal took career breaks in 2014 and 2018. Earlier in their career, Minal worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at FirstPort (UK), a Human Resources Advisor at Rentokil Initial, and a Human Resources / Recruitment Advisor at Dreams Ltd.

Minal Patel completed their high school education at Burnham Grammar School from 1996 to 2002. During this time, they pursued A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. Following their high school, they enrolled at Middlesex University in 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Minal completed their undergraduate education in 2007.
