Khalil Doak-Anthony is an accomplished guitarist and music educator with extensive experience since 1996. Currently serving as a Guitar Instructor at Guitar Center Studios and as an Accompanist at McClymonds High School, Khalil also teaches guitar at Allen Temple Baptist Church and the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts. Additional engagements include performing as a guitarist with Marcus Cohen and The Congress and participating in the smooth jazz project Stratify. Khalil's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Music Performance & Lit from Mills College and a Bachelor's degree in Music from San Francisco State University, supplemented by studies at various institutions. Over the years, Khalil has contributed to diverse musical projects and settings, showcasing a deep commitment to music performance and education.
