Terence Narcisse

Terence Narcisse, MBA, CNP is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EHCEC-East Harris County Empowerment Council. Terence established the organization, obtained funding for community events, and oversaw its growth. In addition, Terence advised and consulted the Crosby Huffman Chamber of Commerce, leading to organizational changes. Terence also interned at the American Red Cross in fund development and assisted with special events. Terence further interned with Harris County precinct 2 Commissioner Sylvia R during fall elections. Terence holds a Master of Business Administration from Houston Christian University, a Certification in Nonprofit Finance & Accounting from Rice University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Houston.
