Previously, Kaamilya held the position of Head of Inclusion, Diversity & HR Compliance for the US and Canada at GE Healthcare, where expertise in fostering inclusive workplace practices was demonstrated. Prior to that, Kaamilya worked in HR at Levy Restaurants, contributing to talent management and operational efficiency.
