Juan Cisneros has worked in various customer success and customer service roles since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service and Technical Support Agent at Convergys. In 2016, they worked as an Operations Supervisor at Teleperformance. In 2017, they were a Sales and Retentions SME at Callzilla - The Quality-First Contact Center. In 2018, they were a Sales Representative (B2B) at Contact Point 360. From 2020 to present, they have been a Customer Success Team Manager for CISCO Portfolio Activations and a Lifecycle Program Manager at Nub7/8. Since 2022, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Easygenerator.

Juan Cisneros is currently enrolled at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Juan has also obtained two certifications from Cisco: a Portfolio Activation Specialist Green Belt in January 2022 and a Customer Success Manager in September 2020.
