Christy McGraw, AIC, serves as the AVP of Claims Operations at Eberl Claims Service since August 2011, where prior roles included Regional Claims Manager and Independent Adjuster Team and Site Manager. Before joining Eberl Claims Service, Christy McGraw worked at State Farm® from 1999 to July 2011, holding positions as Catastrophe Claims Adjuster, Trainer, and Customer Service Representative. Christy McGraw earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida.
