Shikha Gupta

Shikha Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing. Shikha is currently employed as a Senior Test Lead at EC-Council, where they are responsible for executing test cases manually and creating test cases for UI, Load testing, automation, and API testing. Shikha also has prior experience as a Senior Test Engineer at the same company.

Before joining EC-Council, Shikha worked at ToNewDigital as a Project Lead, where they served as a Scrum Master for a client called AnyTimecheck.com. Shikha'sresponsibilities included backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

Prior to that, Shikha worked at Fiserv as a Sr. Test Engineer from 2012 to 2016.

Shikha started their career at Magic Software Pvt Ltd as a Software Test Engineer, where they gained experience in writing and executing test cases, preparing defect reports, and test completion reports. Shikha has experience in conducting various types of tests such as functional, integration, sanity, smoke regression, and environment compatibility. Shikha also has expertise in test documentation including test plans, test matrices, test scenarios, and test cases.

Shikha Gupta earned a Diploma in Computer Science from Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Faridabad from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Lingaya's Vidyapeeth, graduating in 2009. Later on, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
