Shraddha Teli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and communications. Shraddha started their career at Baha'i World Centre as a Communications Specialist, where they honed their skills in collaborating and interacting with international colleagues. Shraddha then worked at Madison World as a Senior Brand Communications professional, managing client relationships and developing brand promotion plans. Following that, they joined Welingkar Institute of Management as an Assistant Brand Manager, where they led re-branding efforts and managed various marketing initiatives. Shraddha later joined Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. as an Assistant Brand Manager, where they contributed to brand building and marketing campaigns. Most recently, they held roles at Emeritus, starting as a Digital Marketing Manager and later transitioning to a Product Marketing Manager position. Currently, Shraddha is working at EC-Council as part of the Product Marketing team.

Shraddha Teli completed their education at the University of Exeter Business School from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Sustainability & Brand Marketing. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mumbai from 2005 to 2008 and received a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Shraddha has pursued further certifications to enhance their skills. Shraddha obtained a certification in Digital Marketing & Analytics from the Indian School of Business in September 2022. Shraddha also holds certifications from Google, including the Digital Sales Certification obtained in January 2019, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (Digital Unlocked) certification, also obtained in January 2019.
