Rebecca Darling

Rebecca Darling has extensive work experience in the field of international employee management and assignment. Rebecca began their career at ECA International in 1999 as a Research Analyst, where they conducted research and analysis for various projects. In 2002, they were promoted to the role of Manager, Tax Services, where they provided tax-related services to clients. In 2006, they joined Ernst & Young as a Consultant, working in International Assignment Services. Their responsibilities included managing all stages of the assignment lifecycle and building relationships with clients. Rebecca also worked as a Consultant in Stock and Mobility Solution, where they conducted research on cross-border tax treatment. In 2008, they returned to ECA International as the Head of Production, overseeing the production teams for several data offerings and handling graduate recruitment. Most recently, they assumed the role of Director of Product and Delivery at ECA International, where they continue to play a significant role in the company's operations.

Rebecca Darling holds a MA (Cantab) degree in Natural Sciences, specializing in Psychology, from Queens' College, University of Cambridge. Rebecca completed their undergraduate education at Nottingham High School for Girls, where they studied Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and General Studies. Additionally, Rebecca has obtained certifications in Digital Product Management from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management, Certified User Experience Specialist (CUSX) from Akendi, and ATT from The Association of Taxation Technicians.
