Benny Cords Odefey

Benny Cords Odefey has extensive experience in the taxation and auditing field. Benny Cords currently holds the position of Group Tax Director at ECCO since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior corporate tax manager at ECCO from February 2023 to January 2024.

Before joining ECCO, Benny worked at EY as a Senior Tax Manager from October 2019 to February 2023, and as a Tax Manager from November 2017 to September 2019.

Prior to their time at EY, they were a Medejer at Audit Applications (Acquired by Revisorgruppen Danmark) from March 2015 to November 2020. Benny Cords also worked as a Revisor at PwC Danmark from April 2015 to October 2017.

Their career began at EY/PwC as a Revisor from January 2009 to January 2013. Benny also held the role of Financial Controller at LEGO Group from February 2013 to March 2015.

Benny Cords Odefey earned a Graduate diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from SDU in 2009-2013, followed by a Cand Merc aud degree from SDU in 2013-2016. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Taxation from Copenhagen Business School during 2019-2022.
