Global Head Demand Planning & Merchandising at ECCO

Lincoln Kay has extensive experience in the retail industry, with a focus on planning, allocation, and merchandising. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Senior Distributor at Arcadia Group Ltd for three years before moving on to House of Fraser as a Senior Merchandiser. In 2005, they joined Mexx International as the Head of Planning & Allocation, overseeing the sales and profitability of 300 retail doors. Lincoln then took on the role of Business Planning & Trading Manager at Mexx International, where they were responsible for new business development and implementation. In 2012, Lincoln became the Director of Planning and Allocation at Mexx, before transitioning to PVH Corp. in 2013. At PVH Corp., they held various senior director and vice president positions, overseeing omnichannel planning, retail merchandising, and allocation for brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Most recently, Lincoln joined ECCO in 2021 as the Global Head of Demand Planning & Merchandising.

From 1987 to 1990, Lincoln Kay attended the University of London where they obtained a Bachelor's degree.
