Monica MacKintosh

Monica Mackintosh has a strong background in the utilities and credit management industries. Monica began their career in 2000 as a Customer Relations Manager at Severn Trent Water. From there, they worked at Severn Trent Utility Services as a Business Development Manager before moving to Complete Credit Management as the Head of Operations. In 2006, they joined Echo Managed Services as the Head of Operations and later took on roles as the Business and Product Development Director, Customer Services Director, and currently serves as the Managing Director.

Monica Mackintosh attended Boston High School, although the start and end years are not specified. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of East Anglia between 1994 and 1997.
