Alejandra Zapata

Alejandra Zapata, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on HR analytics and information systems. Currently serving as the Director of HR Analytics at Ecolab since April 2014, Alejandra has also held the position of HRIS Manager within the same company. Prior to Ecolab, Alejandra worked as HRIS Lead at Nalco Champion and as HRIS Analyst at Champion Technologies. With early career roles as an HR Analyst and HRIS Analyst at Cemex, and as a consultant at Neoris, Alejandra brings over two decades of expertise in human resources and HRIS. Alejandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey, completed in 1994.
