David Kramlich

DIRECTOR REGULATORY AFFAIRS, EQUIPMENT & DIGITAL COMPLIANCE

David Kramlich is the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Equipment & Digital Compliance at Ecolab, where they support innovation product compliance and facilitate global equipment compliance processes. With a rich background in manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory affairs, David has held various leadership roles, including Senior Program Leader at Ecolab Europe GmbH and Senior Scientist in the Water, Energy, and Waste Solutions Division. David started their career at General Motors as an Engineering Student in a co-operative education program and later spent over twenty years at 3M, advancing from a project engineer to an advanced research specialist. They obtained a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the UMN Carlson School of Management and are currently pursuing degrees in Math and Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
