Mona Youssef

Mona Youssef, CMA, is currently the IMEA Compliance & Ethics Manager at Ecolab, where they set strategic objectives and drive initiatives to foster a culture of compliance and integrity. Previously, Mona worked as a Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst at BP and as a Senior Financial Analyst at EG Group For Medical Systems. They began their career as an External Auditor at PwC and have developed extensive expertise in financial management, compliance, and ethics throughout their professional journey. Mona earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ain Shams University, where they graduated in 2008.
