Richard Starr

Richard Starr has extensive experience in watershed and stream assessment, planning, and restoration spanning over 31 years. Richard currently holds the position of V.P., Sr. Water Resource Scientist at Ecosystem Planning and Restoration. Prior to this role, Richard served as Division Chief, Sr. Fish and Wildlife Biologist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service where Richard led various habitat enhancement and restoration projects.
