Matthew Yeager

Matthew Yeager's work experience includes:

- Chief Resident at ECU Health starting from July 2021.

- Undergraduate Student Researcher at Wake Forest Biotech Place from October 2015 to May 2017. Matthew worked on studying the molecular mechanisms of drug addiction, focusing on methamphetamine, amphetamine, and alcohol, and utilizing techniques like Western blotting, immunolabeling, confocal microscopy, and protein assays.

Matthew Yeager earned their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Wake Forest University from 2013 to 2017. Matthew then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2017 to 2021. Prior to their college education, Matthew completed their high school education at North Raleigh Christian Academy from 2009 to 2013. Matthew also obtained additional certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician from the State of North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services in February 2014 and in CPR for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association in January 2013.
