Hal Deily is a Community Engagement & Outreach Specialist at Edgar Snyder & Associates and a Safety Ambassador. Hal is also the Lead Instructor at Stayin'Safe / Advanced Rider Education. Hal Deily is the Owner/Director of Lathen Martial Arts and a PAMSP.com Motorcycle Safety Instructor at Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program. Additionally, Hal is a Total Control Motorcycle Instructor at Total Control Training / PA Motorcycle Safety Program. Hal Deily has been working as an Adjunct Faculty at CCAC since January 1987. Hal has received education from Avonworth High School, PITT, and CCAC.
