Dr. Jodi Ashbrook has a strong background in higher education leadership and consulting. She is the Founder of The U School and currently holds the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management Consulting at EducationDynamics. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Ashbrook has held leadership roles at various levels, from Enrollment Counselor to Campus President.

Her academic research has focused on identifying factors that affect students' self-confidence, engagement, and persistence in completing their degrees. Dr. Ashbrook has used this knowledge to support institutions in improving their enrollment management, enterprise operations, and student retention.
